This is probably one of the most simple frostings ever. You only need two ingredients (or 3 if you like it sweeter); chocolate and silken tofu!
It is creamy and delicious. You can use it on cakes, cupcakes, or even serve it as it is as a vegan mousse.
It is vegan, sugar free, diary free, low carb, paleo and of course gluten free.
yields enough for 12 muffins
to frost an 8 or 9 inch round cake, half the recipe
Ingredients
250 g silken tofu
100 g sugar free dark chocolate
something to sweeten, if desired

Instructions
Melt the chocolate and let it cool a little bit.
In a bowl beat the silken tofu until it is creamy.
Then add the melted chocolate and mix until everything is well combined.
If it is not sweet enough for you, sweeten until you like it.
Frost your muffins, cakes, etc. or serve it as it is.

Notes
Sweetener: You can use any sweetener you like.
Chocolate: Any chocolate will work instead of the dark sugar free chocolate.
