Do you know this, when you feel like eating bread, but don't have one at home? This recipe is perfect, because it is really fast and satisfies your demands for bread.
This is probably the fastest, easiest and quickest bread recipe you've ever made.
I also made this with a fried egg on it, which smells delicious and is a perfect breakfast for your loved ones or of course for yourself.
If you don't like avocado, you can leave this out and spread instead some butter, jam or whatever you like on the bread.
This bread is gluten free, keto, paleo, low carb and diary free. It is very easy and quick to make, but you need a microwave for this.
yields 1 avocado toast
Ingredients
Toast Bread:
50 g almond flour or almond meal
1 egg
1 tbsp ghee
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
Avocado spread:
1/2 avocado
1/4 lime (about 1 to 2 tsp juice)
onion powder or a little bit of fresh chopped onions
salt
pepper

Instructions
First melt you ghee in the microwave.
Then let it slightly cool and combine it with the egg.
Next add the remaining ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.
Give it in a microwave safe dish and microwave it for 2 to 3 minutes until the egg is cooked through.
For the avocado spread squish the avocado with a fork.
Then add the other ingredients and combine.
Now you can put it on the toast or if you want you can first toast it in the toaster or brown it with some ghee in a pan.

Notes
Ghee: Butter or coconut oil can be used instead of the ghee.
Almond flour or meal: You can replace the almond flour with any other ground nut or seed, if you're allergic to almonds.
